Munger, Tolles and Olson LLP provided us with legal advice in the creation of Poplar Forest Capital LLC and our limited partnerships. They continue to handle all legal issues which arise during the normal course of business.

Rothstein, Kass CPA performs our annual partnership fund audits and generates the Schedule K-1 provided to the limited partners.
